2.3 You agree to pay all fees according to the services provided by Morlia. Users need to pay fees to Morlia for the Web services provided. For the Web services fees, Morlia shall give users a clear reminder before using. Only the user confirmed to pay related fees can the user can use the fees for such web services. If the user refused to pay related fees,Morlia reserves rights to not provide such pay services.

2.5 In view of the particularity of network services, user agrees that Morlia reserves the right to change, interrupt or stop part or all of the services (including charging Web services) without prior notice at any time. Morlia shall not guarantee timeliness, security or accuracy about the web services.
2.6 Users understand Morlia needs to maintain / repair network services such as platform or related equipment regularly. Such situation caused by the service change (including web services) within a reasonable period of time of interruption, Morlia takes no responsibility. Morlia shall post appropriate announcement.
2.7 User understands and agrees to take risks using any Morlia services. Users understand that it’s up to users to download or accept any information from Morlia and users take the responsibility to any risk of system damage, data loss and other risks.
3.1 User shall fill in the personal data truthfully to ensure the details and accuracy of information and update in time. Otherwise the user shall take responsibility for any issues or consequences for it.
3.2 Any registered and/ or used user names in Morlia should comply with the network ethics. Users shall not register the game by any unfair means or stealing others’ account. If users violate any of the situation above, Morlia has the right to take all necessary measures to prevent directly, including but not limited to suspend of delete user content.

1) You give Morlia your consent
2) The need for the services to provide
3) To protect the legal interests of Morlia
4) The requirements of the relevant government departments
5) According to the relevant laws and regulations requirements
3.6 Users understand and agree that after users register and use products and/or services of Morlia, Morlia shall collect and analyze certain kinds of technical information to improve services.
4.1 Morlia reserves all the copyright, patents, trademarks, service marks, names of products , domain name and trademark language, commercial appearance, business secret and any ownership or other rights with all of the services and designs exclusively.
4.2 Any content released by users through the services of Morlia, users understand and agree that Morlia reserves fully licensed rights and permission for free, permanent, irrevocable, non exclusive use across the universe. Morlia reserves the rights to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate the works, transmission, performance and such content (whole or part) or create and/or add these content into the current known or later developed media, any other form of works or technology.
5.1 Users in the use of Morlia service must bear the corresponding legal responsibility for their actions. Users agree not to use Morlia services to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following actions:

2) Endangering state security, leaking state secrets, undermining national unity;
3) Damage to the nation's honor and interests;
4) Incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination or undermining national unity;
5) Destroy the country's religious policy, promote cults and feudal superstition;
6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, undermine social stability;
7) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abet crime;
8) Insult or slander others. Make inroads on the rights of others;
9) Contain false and harmful, coercion, encroach upon other people's privacy. Harassment, slander, vulgar, obscene, or other morally objectionable content;
10) Contain any contents prohibited by Taiwan, Hong Kong laws, regulations, rules, regulations and specifications
11) Inappropriate content that Morlia considers
(2) Pretend to be anyone else or institutions or in any form of pretending to be related person or organization;
(3) Publish or transmit any content without right on the basis of any law or contract or legal relationship (e.g., employment relationship, confidentiality agreement or exposing internal data)
(4) Publish or transfer any content against the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights
(5) Any information published, transmitted such as any advertisement letter, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam information", "chain letters", "direct selling" or any other form of persuasion information
(6) Publish, transmit or design virus files, computer code, files and programs which aims to interfere, destroy or limit the function of any computers/ mobile devices software, hardware, or telecommunications
(7) Engage in any business activities in the name of Morlia or use, platform or any other form of media to make any business activities without authorization or permission from Morlia
(8) Uses including but not limited to the payment process of apple and Google store for malicious refund ;
(9) Intercept, tamper, collect, store or delete personal information, mails or other data of other users for any illegal or improper purposes without authorization or permission from Morlia.
(10) Use game services or system for any purposes which goes against Morlia;
(11) Intentional or unintentional in violation of any applicable local and national laws
5.2 Users who violate the provisions of the above when using Morlia services Morlia shall reserve the right to require the user to correct or take all necessary measures directly. (Including but not limited to change or delete user content, suspend or terminate user access to web services rights)
5.3 If users find any security flaw or other users’ illegal acts or distribution, transfer inappropriate information shall inform Morlia immediately.
5.1. Ending Terms
User may end legal agreement with Morlia at any time for any reason (Including but not limited to unused for long , violate the terms with Morlia) by discontinuing use of the Services (Or part of the services) to allow Morlia to remove or delete any published user content. User understands and agrees that Morlia may suspend or terminate user accounts or cease providing user with all or part of the Services at any time for any or no reason. Besides user agrees that if Morlia suspend or terminate user accounts or stop Services Morlia shall not admit responsibility for user or any 3rd party.
6.1 Users transmit, display or distribute any content which violate the terms or violate any rights which may results in any loss via Morlia services provided. Users agree to compensate for the loss of Morlia and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors (Including reasonable attorney's fees) and take all the legal liability
6.2 Users take legal liability including but not limited to: Compensation for the sufferer and the equal compensation for Morlia when receiving any administrative punishment.
6.3 Users understand and agree that Morlia shall not take any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive liability for the the following reasons, including but not limited to, loss of credibility, applications, data loss or other virtual losses:
(1) Morlia services cannot be used;
(2) Any cost in order to replace goods, data, information, services, collecting information or concluding deals via Morlia services provided.
(3) User content or data stored, changed, uses without authorization.
(4) Any losses caused by 3rd party by any means or fraud information.
(5) Other matters which are related to Morlia services except for the provisions of the terms.
7.1 The terms are concluded, executed and explained according to the laws of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
7.2 If there is any dispute during the execution of terms, both parties shall negotiate amicably to solve. If negotiation is dishonest, any party can propose arbitration.
7.3 If Morlia did not perform the provisions of terms above, it does not mean to give up the rights above .
7.4 If any provision of terms become fully or partially invalid for some reason, other provisions of the term shall still be valid and binding.
7.5 The titles of the service terms are set only for the convenience of the parties while it does not apply any laws or contracts.
7.6 Morlia reserves the final explanation right to the terms of services.
